I specialize in planning family vacations, including trips to Disneyworld, Disneyland, Universal Studios, and cruises (Disney, Royal Caribbean, Princess, and more). I provide personalized itineraries, custom trip planning, and exclusive offers, all at no cost to you. From park tickets and hotel bookings to cruises and transportation, I handle it all!

How much does it cost to use your services?
 My services are completely free for you! I receive commissions directly from the vendors (Disney, cruise lines, hotels, etc.), so there are no extra costs for you. My goal is to make your vacation planning stress-free and affordable.

What if I am staying offsite or have a vacation package that is already booked?
Disney allows the transfer of reservations made within the last 30 days. For offsite reservations or reservations made outside of the transfer window, we are able to help with dining reservations and itinerary planning for an additional fee.

Do you book vacations to destinations other than Disney?
Yes! Not only do we plan magical Disney trips, but we can also help you plan the perfect vacation to other destinations as well.

Can you help with dining reservations or special experiences?
Absolutely! I can assist with making dining reservations, booking character meals, and securing special experiences like VIP tours and FastPass selections. I’ll make sure your trip is as magical and smooth as possible by helping you book these important details ahead of time.

Do you offer payment plans for vacations?
Yes! Many vendors, including Disney and various cruise lines, offer payment plans, and I can guide you through the process. You can lock in your trip with a deposit and then make payments over time. I’ll keep you updated on any payment deadlines to make sure everything stays on track.

How do I book my vacation with you?
It’s simple! Just reach out to me via email, text, or a quick call, and we’ll go over your family’s preferences and travel goals. From there, I’ll handle all the research, booking, and itinerary planning to craft the perfect vacation for your family.

What if I need to make changes to my trip?
Life happens, and sometimes plans need to change! If you need to adjust your travel dates, reservations, or details, I’ll work directly with the vendors to accommodate your needs. I’ll also provide options for travel insurance if you’d like extra peace of mind. 

Do you offer tips for traveling with kids?
Yes! As a mom of two boys, I understand the unique challenges of traveling with kids. I’ll share my tried-and-true tips for keeping little ones entertained and comfortable on planes, in theme parks, and on cruises. I’ll also include recommendations for kid-friendly activities, snacks, and downtime to make the trip smooth for everyone.

How do I know I’m getting the best deals?
I work directly with vendors and stay up to date on their latest deals and promotions. I’ll check regularly to make sure you’re getting the best price available, even after booking. Plus, I’ll share any exclusive offers or discounts with you as they come up!

What should I pack for the trip?
I understand that packing for a family vacation can be overwhelming, especially with little ones! Don’t worry—I’ve got you covered. As part of my personalized services, I’ll provide you with a detailed packing checklist tailored to your specific trip. In the packet you’ll receive, I’ll include recommendations on what to bring based on your destination, the time of year, and the activities you have planned. Whether you're heading to Disney, embarking on a cruise, or exploring a new city, you’ll have everything you need to make packing stress-free!

How does the planning process work?
When you’re ready to start planning your next vacation, request a free quote. We will set up a time to chat to get to know each other. This 15 minute phone call is a very important part of the planning process. We will walk through dates, length of trip, tickets, resort options, and all other details for your vacation.

From there we will send you a proposal with several (usually 3) resort options based on our conversation. This quote includes photos and videos of the resorts, transportation options, on-site restaurants, pricing, and more. 

Once you’ve selected your resort and are ready to move forward, we will take care of the booking and deposit and send you confirmations.

Then the fun part starts! We will assist with setting up your My Disney Experience account, linking your reservation, organizing your park days, and making sure you have the appropriate park pass reservations.

Your dining and experience window opens 60 days prior to check-in, so we will schedule another call to chat through ALL the options and where your favorites might fit best in your itinerary. Don’t worry! You’ll get a very extensive planning document to read through prior to the call so you’ll know what we’re talking about! In addition to character dining and extras like Droid Depot and Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, we’ll talk about airport transfers, stroller rentals, and MagicBands. (The best part is that we will handle ALL of this booking for you!)

Thirty days prior to your trip we will handle your final payment. Then, about a week prior, we will have a final phone call to discuss all the last-minute details - where you’re going, how you’re getting there, what to expect, and a very necessary app tutorial for the parks. You’ll get a very handy customized itinerary to take with you while you travel.

And of course, we are available throughout your trip to assist with any issues or emergencies that may arise.
